THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I imagined I'd acquired something decent instead.
